3. Tell us how the cleaner gets in, and add a linen laundry allowance if you want one.

Pricing

3-hour clean £55.00 · 5-hour clean £95.00

Per clean. Charged only once a cleaner is confirmed. No subscription and no minimum.

Optional linen laundry allowance: you choose between £5 and £40 per clean (we suggest £15). It's added to the clean's price and passed in full to your cleaner.

Payment

We save a card when you connect a property. We only charge it once a cleaner is confirmed — 24 hours before the clean, or at confirmation if the clean is sooner than that. Dismiss a clean before then and there's nothing to pay.

FAQ

Which calendars can I connect?

Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo export links. You can connect more than one calendar to the same property.

What counts as a checkout?

Each reservation end date in your calendar. Blocked dates don't create cleans. If your calendar shows back-to-back stays as one continuous range, you'll get one clean at the end of it.

When is my card charged?

24 hours before the clean, once a cleaner is confirmed. For cleans starting sooner than 26 hours from now, at the moment a cleaner accepts.

What if no cleaner accepts?

We keep offering the clean. If nobody has accepted 6 hours before the start, we cancel it, tell you, and there's nothing to pay.

Can I cancel a clean?

Yes — dismiss any clean free of charge until your card is charged. After that, our Customer Terms apply.

Can I add a clean at short notice?

Yes, up to 6 hours before the start.

How does the cleaner get in?

You add access details for each property. We show them to your confirmed cleaner before the clean, not before.
