There's nothing to upload with your application. All checks are at our cost — never yours. Here's what happens after you apply:

We contact your references
Only one referee needs to reply before your checks can start.
Log in straight away and complete your profile
Accept the Cleaner Agreement, set up your bank account for payment, and upload your headshot and public liability insurance certificate.
A short video call
About 5 minutes, usually WhatsApp — where you'll show your photo ID.
Identity, right to work and Basic DBS check
Through our verification partner's secure site, at our cost.
