What's included & how to book the right length
- Your cleaner brings the basics: glass cleaner, bleach-based cleaner, cloths and towels for wiping, and bin bags.
- Please provide any other or specialist products and equipment (e.g. your vacuum, mop, or speciality cleaners) — and show your cleaner how to use them if needed.
- Please choose enough hours for the job. Cleaners may have other appointments after your slot, so a booking that's too short may mean the clean can't be finished.
Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to one-off cleans and is displayed at the time of booking as required by CMA 2025 guidance. For a fortnightly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time — cancelling stops future cycles. To change or cancel an individual subscription clean, email hello@tydfy.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
Cancel before 12:00 noon (UK time) on the day before
your booking. 100% refunded to your original payment method.
You can cancel for a full refund at any time in the 14 days after you book, as long as your clean hasn't taken place yet.
After 12:00 noon (UK time) the day before, but more than 3 hours before your start time.
Within 3 hours of your start time (same-day cancellation).
