What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website function correctly and remember your preferences.

Our Cookie Use

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. No data is shared with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking services. We only set cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to function.

Under UK PECR Regulation 6(4), strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement. However, we display a transparency notice so you know exactly what is being set.

Cookies We Set

Name Purpose Duration Type
auth_token Stores your JWT authentication token to keep you logged in during your session. Without this, you would need to log in on every page. 15 minutes Strictly necessary
refresh_token Allows your session to be automatically renewed without logging in again. Rotated on each use and revoked on logout. 7 days Strictly necessary
__RequestVerificationToken Anti-forgery (CSRF) protection token. Prevents malicious websites from submitting forms on your behalf without your knowledge. Session Strictly necessary
cookieAccepted (localStorage) Records that you have dismissed the cookie notice banner. Stored in your browser's localStorage, not as a cookie. Used only to prevent the banner appearing again. 1 year Preference (localStorage)

Third-Party Cookies

When you complete a payment, the Stripe payment widget is loaded. Stripe may set their own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. These are set by Stripe, not by us. See Stripe's cookie policy for details.

No other third-party cookies are set on this website.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the platform from functioning correctly (you will not be able to log in or make bookings).
