How we approve cleaners
Before a cleaner can take a single job, a member of our team reviews their identity documents and Basic DBS check on our external verification service and records that they have done so. We take up a character reference, verify their photograph, and read the cleaner's public liability insurance certificate ourselves — £1 million minimum, in force through the date of your clean.

The price you see at step 2 is exactly what Stripe charges. No booking fees, no add-ons, no drip pricing.
48-hour guarantee
If a clean isn't up to standard, tell us within 48 hours. We'll look into what happened and refund you — in full where the clean wasn't delivered as booked, or in part where something specific went wrong.
